Seven years in new charred white-oak barrels develop depth before bottling at 117 proof. This is the barrel-strength expression, not the older 101-proof bottling or standard Ezra Brooks bourbon.

Tasting notes

Sweet floral aromas introduce vanilla and cinnamon. Refined wood notes provide structure, with a warm, buttery finish that carries the bourbon's substantial strength and barrel character.

Bottle details

Size: 750ml

Style: Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey

Age: 7 years

Grains: Corn, rye and barley

Casks: New charred white oak

Alcohol: 58.5% ABV / 117 proof

Serving suggestion

Begin with a small pour and add water gradually to taste.
